This article explains how to connect your Shore Pay card terminal to the Shore POS app.
Hardware Setup

Power on the device. Detailed instructions for operating the device can be found [here].

Ensure that the device is fully charged.

Log in to the Shore POS app and go to Settings > Payment Methods > Shore Pay > Settings.

Search for and pair the device. If necessary, an update will be performed.

The update will take approximately 5-15 minutes. Once the update is complete, the device will be successfully connected and ready for use!

After successful setup, the "Shore Pay" payment method can now be used for all card payments in daily business transactions. Ensure that the toggle for Shore Pay is enabled in the payment methods section.

After the update is completed, we recommend performing a test transaction.
Note: The minimum amount for a payout is €1/CHF after deducting fees. Therefore, we recommend a test transaction with an amount of at least €1.50/CHF.
8. Ensure that location services are enabled and that the Shore POS app has the necessary permissions to process payments.
Important: The minimum iOS version requirement for the Shore POS app is iOS 15. We generally recommend using the latest iOS version.
