Installing the Cash Drawer

If you've received the Shore Register cash drawer, it can be connected quickly and easily to your Bluetooth or USB receipt printer.

Take the cash drawer out of the packaging and place it where you'd like it to go.
Turn off the receipt printer using the power switch, if it's still on.
Plug the cash drawer's 6-pin connector into the port on the back of the receipt printer.
Turn the receipt printer back on using the power switch.

The receipt printer will automatically detect the cash drawer, and you can start using the drawer with the Shore POS right away.
