How do I activate my account?

How does the Shore Pay card reader work?

Via the Shore POS App, you can easily operate your card reader and securely accept cashless payments. Just connect Shore Pay to your tablet via Bluetooth. You can find more detailed information here.

Note: The minimum iOS version required for the Shore POS App is iOS 15. We generally recommend using the current iOS version.

How do I connect Shore Pay to my iPad?

To connect your tablet to your card reader, both devices need to be turned on. Your POS app will then automatically detect the payment device. You can select it and start checking out. You can find out more here.

Can I rely on all my data at Shore being secure, with no unauthorized access to my system?

Yes. Our servers and databases, where your data is stored, are ISO-certified and located in Germany. Your data is also protected against unauthorized access under the highest security standards, including SSL encryption.
