      Can I edit automated emails?

      You can pause, edit and delete your automated emails at any time. Open the menu and click on Newsletter. You see an overview of your automated e-mails:

      1. Click on the pause icon to pause a campaign. 
      2. Click on the play icon to restart a campaign.
      3. Click on the trash icon to delete a campaign.
      4. Click on a campaign to edit the content. To do so, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the campaign details view and select Edit.
      5. Make your changes in the editing window on the left and click on Save at the top. Your campaign will continue automatically.

       Tip: Remember to vary your birthday mailings at least once a year so that your customers do not receive the same message over and over again.
