Shore Pay Online – How You Receive Your Payouts

How it works

When your customers pay online for a booking, here’s what happens:

1. Your customers pay online
   – using methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or direct bank payment
   – payment details are entered during the booking process

2. The funds are processed and held by Stripe
   – Shore Pay Online uses Stripe as the payment provider
   – payments are securely stored there until payout

3. The money is paid out to your bank account
   – according to your selected payout schedule
   – collected and transferred in batches
   – minus any applicable transaction fees

Where your Money is sent

During the activation process of Shore Pay Online, you provide your bank account details.

This bank account is where all future payouts will be sent.

You can view or update this bank account at any time in your Express Dashboard.

When payouts happen

Payouts do not happen instantly after every payment.
Instead, they are grouped and paid out based on the payout schedule you’ve selected.

How to Change Your Payout Schedule

1. Open your Express Dashboard

2. Go to Balance

3. Click See details

4. Select Update payout settings

5. Choose the payout schedule you want

6. Save your changes

All payments received up to the next scheduled payout time are combined and transferred to your bank account.

Fees & Billing

• Transaction fees are automatically deducted from your payout amounts

• You’ll receive a monthly statement that shows all fees

You can find these statements in your system under:

Analysis → Transactions → Monthly Invoices

Where to see your payments

In your Express Dashboard, you can always see:

• Your current balance

• Pending and upcoming payouts

• Previously paid out amounts

• All individual transactions and fees

This gives you complete transparency over your online payments.
