How to find the SMS settings

You can find the SMS settings in your calendar under
Company Settings > Subscription

 

Important: This information and these settings are only accessible to administrators. 

 

Your SMS quota

SMS Packages in Your Contract

If your contract was signed before March 8, 2021 and you have free SMS included, you'll see the number of included SMS under "SMS Included."

Note: Please note that only customers with a contract signed before March 8, 2021 may have a fixed number of 200 or 500 free SMS. This number of SMS is included in their contract.

Did You Sign Your Shore Contract After March 8, 2021?

In that case, you can enable SMS by switching the toggle to the right. Usage is billed at the end of the month or at the beginning of the following month.

Note: You can also enable additional SMS usage even if your monthly SMS package has already been used up.

 

Manage your SMS notifications

You have two different options to manage your SMS notifications:

a. Unlimited SMS usage

Unlimited SMS usage means that all the SMS you need will be sent. The cost per SMS is €0.10. You will be charged for the SMS at the end of the month and the amount of the bill depends on your usage. To activate this function, click on Unlimited SMS and then on Apply.

 

 

b. Limited SMS usage 

Of course, you also have the option of setting a specific limit for sending SMS. You can deicide how many SMS you want to send per month. You can set the maximum number of SMS. When you have reached the limit, the function is automatically deactivated. The cost per SMS is € 0.10.

To enable limited SMS usage, click Enable SMS Limit and set the maximum number of SMS you'd like to send per month. You can, of course, increase the limit at any time. 

Note: We will also inform you by email about any changes you make to your SMS settings.


Billing for SMS notifications

If you've enabled SMS sending, it will be billed at the end of the month. You can find the invoice under Company Settings > Contract > Manage Subscription in your calendar. Billing simply uses the payment method you've already saved.

What happens if you don't reach your monthly SMS limit?
No worries — we only bill you for the SMS you actually use.

Note:  This may not apply to customers who signed their contract before 03/08/2021.
