What Is the Location Language?

The location language, set in your company settings, determines the language used in messages that are automatically sent by the system to your customers — for example, appointment and cancellation confirmations or feedback requests. To find the location language setting, click your name in the top right, then click Company. Here's a direct link to these settings in your calendar.

Note: The location language has no effect on the language your Shore account is displayed in. You can set that in your User Profile. Here's a direct link to your user profile in your calendar.
