How Does My Customer Display Work?

The customer display mirrors your cart and the checkout process. When no sale is taking place, the display stays in an idle state, either playing a video or showing an image. You can, of course, customize this content.

Specifically, the display mirrors the following actions:

• Locking and unlocking the register
• Adding items or customers to the cart
• Applying discounts
• Starting the checkout process
• Adjusting payment options
• Completing the checkout and displaying the QR code for downloading the receipt

Customer Display Settings

You can adjust the main settings and design of your customer display in the POS Manager.

In the customer display itself, you can access the settings by tapping the "powered by shore" text at the bottom of the screen three times.

In the settings, you have the following options:

1. Enable or disable analytics data,
2. Reset the customer display.
