How do I create services with steps?

Work: A step is the period of time in which you actually deliver the service.

Break: Add a break if there are waiting times during which the customer stays in your business but you want to be available for additional bookings. It makes sense to add breaks to hair coloring treatments or massages with time gaps in between.

Preparation and post-processing: Add preparation and/or post-processing phases if you need to make any preparations before or after the appointment, e.g. preparing a room before the customer arrives or cleaning up afterwards for the next session.
