What’s the difference between a service and a course?
Under Services, you can create both services and courses. In this article, we'll explain the difference.
You can access your services by clicking Main Menu > Management > Services.
Services
Services can be booked by customers at any time within your defined booking hours.
Examples
- Service: "Women's Haircut" can be booked at any time during booking hours.
- Service: "Facial Treatment" can be booked at any time during booking hours.
Courses
Courses have one or more fixed dates and a maximum number of participants. This means courses can only be booked at a specific time that you've set.
Examples
- Course: "Everyday Makeup Workshop" only bookable on June 15 at 1:00 PM, for a maximum of 7 participants.
- Course: "Yoga for Beginners," bookable on 5 Mondays in May at 9:00 AM, for a maximum of 8 participants.
