      Generate and Download DSFinV-K Reports

      What is a DSFinV-K Report?

      The Digital Interface of the Tax Authorities for Cash Register Systems (DSFinV-K) is a standardized format for recording and exporting cash register data. This report is essential for meeting legal requirements and ensuring that cash register data is traceable and verifiable by tax authorities.

      Where to Find DSFinV-K Reports?

      You can download DSFinV-K reports directly in your POS Manager. Navigate to:

      Reports > Downloads > DSFinV-K Reports

      Generating a New DSFinV-K Report

      1. Go to: POS Manager > Reports > Downloads > DSFinV-K Reports.

      2. Enter the desired time frame:

        • From Date (required, can be set back to 01.01.2019)

        • To Date (required, can be selected from 02.01.2019 to any future date)

      3. If you need to adjust the input, you can modify the dates before submitting.

      4. Click "Generate" to start the report generation.

      5. You will receive a confirmation: "Thank you! The generation of the report has started, it will take some time until it is ready."

      6. Once the report is successfully created, it will appear in the history table with a download link.

      Where to Find Your Generated Reports?

      • The history table displays all previously generated DSFinV-K reports.

      • Once a report has been successfully generated, its status will change to "Successful".

      • You can download the report using the displayed download link.

      • The report will be saved on your device under Downloads.
