How much are the transaction fees?

• For our customers in Germany and Austria, the transaction fee is 1.35% for debit and credit cards, and 1.69% in Switzerland.

How much does the card reader cost?

• The card reader has a one-time cost of €69, excluding tax.

I'd like to order Shore Pay. How do I do that?

• Shore Pay is available exclusively with our Shore POS software. You can easily order the card terminal through our hardware shop. You can find more information here.

What's the delivery time?

• Delivery typically takes up to 5 business days.

Can I use Shore Pay with my current POS software?

• Unfortunately not. Shore Pay works exclusively with our Shore POS software. This is actually to your advantage, since the software and card reader work seamlessly together. This saves you setup time, avoids potential transmission errors, and — most importantly — gives you a single point of contact for any questions about your POS system.
