My calendar takes a long time to load. What can I do?

If you have a good internet connection and it still takes a long time for your calendar to load completely, it can help to empty the browser cache to remove unnecessary data. To do this, open your web browser and proceed as follows:

Google Chrome

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Del (Mac).
  2. Under "Time range", select All time.
  3. Select the option Cached images and files.
  4. Click on Clear data.

Firefox

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Del (Mac).
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select Everything.
  3. Select the option Cache aus.
  4. Click on Clear Now.

Safari

  1. Press Cmd + Alt + E.
  2. The cache is cleared automatically.

Internet Explorer*

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del.
  2. Select the option Temporary Internet files and website files.
  3. Click on Delete.

Microsoft Edge*

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del.
  2. Select the option Cached data and files.
  3. Click on Clear.

Note: If you are using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, you may experience other problems that cannot be resolved by clearing the browser cache. In this case try another browser, e.g. Google Chrome.
