What do I need to know about employee logins?

If an employee has their own login, they can access Shore with their own e-mail address and password. You can define which appointments an employee can view and edit in each employee profile.
An employee's login can have two different status:
  • Pending: The employee has been invited to use the software by email, but has not yet logged in
  • Active: The employee uses their account and has already logged in at least once

Hint: The account status has nothing to do with an employee's booking availability. An account can be pending but the employee can still be booked!
