The New Menu in the Shore Online Booking System

The new menu structure makes navigation within the Shore backend clearer and more intuitive. Below you’ll find an overview of all menu items and where to find specific features.

Where to find the new menu?

The new menu is still located on the left-hand side.

  • You can expand or collapse it by clicking the menu icon (three lines) at the top.

  • Depending on your subscription, some menu items may appear greyed out.

Note:
Greyed-out menu items indicate features that are not included in your current plan.

Calendar

The Calendar is the first menu item.

  • Displays all appointments in your calendar view

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly views available

The calendar opens directly within the main interface.

Shore POS

Clicking on Shore POS opens the POS manager.

  • Opens in a new browser tab

  • Available only with the Shore All-in-One package

Your Booking Page

Under Booking Page, you can access your online booking page.

  • Opens in a new tab

  • Shows exactly how your booking page appears to customers

  • Useful for testing or sharing the booking link

Shift Plan

The Shift Plan is available with the Shore Booking + Marketing package.

Here you can:

  • Schedule staff working hours

  • Manage shifts

  • Organize team availability

Management

In the Management section, you’ll find all core management settings:

  • Customers

  • Resources

  • Employees

  • Services

Everything needed to manage your business setup is located here.

Marketing

The Marketing section contains all tools related to customer communication:

  • Messenger

  • Newsletter

  • Feedback

  • Reminders

These tools help you stay in touch with your customers and improve engagement.

Analysis

Under Analysis, you’ll find:

  • Dashboard

    • (formerly Insights)

      Provides an overview of key business metrics and performance data.

  • Transactions

    • All payments made via Shore Pay

    • Transactions from the POS system

  • Reports

    • Detailed reports

    • Export options for further analysis

Setup

The Setup section includes:

  • Calendar settings

  • Company settings

  • Location settings

    • Location settings are only visible if you manage multiple locations.

      Here, you can switch between different branches.
