The Shore Statistics

The Statistics section gives you a comprehensive overview of your business performance. It helps you better understand booking behavior, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for your business.

You can access the statistics via:
Insights → Dashboard


Filter Options

At the top of the statistics page, you can customize your view:

  • Filter by location:
    Select a specific location to view only its data.

  • Select time period:
    Choose the date range you want to analyze.

All charts and figures automatically update based on your selection.

Appointments

This section shows the number of appointments within the selected time period.

Display includes:

  • Daily overview of appointments

  • Visual timeline of bookings

  • Display of 0 appointments if no bookings were made during that time

Ideal for spotting booking trends or slower periods.


Customers

Number of Customers

Here you can see:

  • Total number of customers

  • New customers

  • Returning customers

This helps you understand how well you are retaining customers.

Revenue

Under the Revenue tab, you’ll find:

  • Total revenue for the selected period

  • Average revenue per customer

  • Average revenue per appointment

If no appointments were booked, revenue will be shown as €0.00.

Most Popular Services

This section shows:

  • Which services were booked most frequently

  • Which offerings perform best

If there is no data available for the selected period, you will see the message:
“No data available for this period.”

Cancellations

Here you can view:

  • Canceled appointments

  • Number of cancellations per customer

  • Direct access to all cancellations

This helps you identify patterns and reduce no-shows.

Missed Appointments

This section displays:

  • Appointments that were not attended

  • Overview of missed bookings in the selected period

Useful for tracking reliability and planning availability more effectively.

Regular Customers

This area shows whether you have returning customers and how many.
Regular customers are especially valuable, as they contribute to long-term business success.

Utilization

In the Utilization tab, you’ll find a visual overview of your capacity usage:

  • Bookings by day of the week

  • Bookings by time of day

  • Overview of:

    • Most popular day

    • Most popular time

    • Average appointments per day

The heatmap helps you instantly see when your schedule is busiest or quietest.

Tip

Use the statistics regularly to:

  • Identify peak times

  • Optimize your availability

  • Adjust your offerings

  • Increase overall revenue
