If you experience problems setting up your booking button on Instagram and Facebook, you need to disconnect your Shore calendar before you can re-start the setup.
Option 1: Disable Integration via Shore calendar
- Go to Shore - Manage your customers
- Click on integrations
- Click "Disable" button
also remove integration from Facebook.
Option 2: Disable Integration via Facebook Business Page
- Go to you Facebook Business page
- In left on "Manage Page" click on "More Tools"
- Click "Meta Business Suite"
- Click "Business Apps"
- In Connected apps section click "Shore Booking"
- A Popup modal will open, then Click "Manage"
- Click Three dot "..."
- Click "Uninstall"
- A Popup modal will open, then click on "Uninstall" to Confirm again
