Can My Customer Select a Staff Member When Booking Online?

You can decide whether your customer can select a staff member themselves during online booking. We'll show you the different options.

Option 1: Your Customer Can't Select a Staff Member During Online Booking

Option 2: Your Customer Can Select a Specific Staff Member During Online Booking, or Choose the "Any Staff Member" Option:

  • Enable Selectable in Booking Form in every staff profile. Here's the article.
  • Disable Show the "Any Staff Member" Option During Online Booking in your booking settings.

How to Enable or Disable "Show the 'Any Staff Member' Option During Online Booking":

  1. Click your username in the top right, then click Settings > Booking Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the "Staff Selection" section.
  3. Enable/disable the Show the "Any Staff Member" Option During Online Booking setting.
  4. Save your changes.
