You can pause, edit and delete your automated emails at any time. Open the menu and click on Newsletter. You see an overview of your automated e-mails:
- Click on the pause icon to pause a campaign.
- Click on the play icon to restart a campaign.
- Click on the trash icon to delete a campaign.
- Click on a campaign to edit the content. To do so, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the campaign details view and select Edit.
- Make your changes in the editing window on the left and click on Save at the top. Your campaign will continue automatically.
Tip: Remember to vary your birthday mailings at least once a year so that your customers do not receive the same message over and over again.
