How Can I Customize My Booking Button?

Where Can You Find the Booking Button?

Go to your profile (your name in the top right) > Settings > Booking Widget.
Configure the booking button to your liking, so it fits the design of your website.

If you choose the floating button, the booking button will appear on every page of your website (essentially overlaying your site). You can choose whether the button appears in the bottom-right or bottom-left corner.

If you choose not to use the floating button, the booking button will instead be displayed at fixed positions on your website.

How Does the Customization Work?

Choose a button style
Use floating button: enable
Choose the button position
Should the button appear in the bottom-right or bottom-left?
Change the button text
Label the button however you'd like
Choose a button color
Select one of the standard colors, or use + to open the color picker.
Choose a text color
Make sure the text stays easy to read. Here too, you can pick a suggested color or use + to open the color picker.
Copy this HTML code into your website

Once you've configured the button, copy the HTML code from the light gray box. Paste the code into your website directly before </header>. We're happy to help with this — just send us an email at service@shore.com.

Note: If you have multiple locations, you can change the selectLocation value in the code from false to true. This lets your customers choose their desired location right in the first step of booking.

If you decided against the floating button, step 2, "Choose the button position," doesn't apply. In that case, simply copy the HTML code as well and place the button at your desired positions on your website.

If you've already added a booking button to your website and just want to link to your booking page, click the booking button preview to copy your booking page's URL. The booking page will open in a new tab.
