The features listed here are only available in the Shore Booking + Marketing and Shore All-in-One packages.

1. Shift Plan

The shift plan allows you to manage employee availability through defined shifts. This lets you flexibly map working hours, breaks, and different schedules.

Note: Once the shift plan is activated, all general and individual booking times are deactivated. For online booking, only the shift plan applies. Make sure that shifts are created for all employees and resources, as otherwise no bookings will be possible.

2. Add-Ons (Additional Services)

With add-ons, you can offer customers supplementary services or products during the booking process — for example, a head massage with a hair treatment or a care product alongside an appointment. This automatically increases the average booking value.

3. Direct Link to Individual Services

Each service has its own direct link that you can use in social media, newsletters, on your website, or in advertising campaigns to guide customers directly to the booking of that specific service.

4. Custom Notes in Booking Confirmations

For each service, you can add additional information — such as preparation instructions, details about the process, cancellation terms, or special notes. You can also attach files such as PDFs, info sheets, or forms. Both are automatically sent to your customers along with the booking confirmation.

5. Newsletter

With the newsletter feature, you can send targeted email campaigns to your customers. Inform them about promotions, new services, or special offers — directly from Shore, without any external tool.

6. Automated Emails

Automated emails are created once and then sent automatically whenever a specific event occurs. For example, you can set up a birthday email that is automatically sent on a customer's birthday, or a reactivation email that goes out when a customer's last appointment was a certain time ago. This way, effective email campaigns run with no manual effort.

7. Customer Feedback+

With Customer Feedback+, your customers are automatically asked for a review after an appointment. If the review is positive, they are invited to publish it on platforms such as Google, Facebook, or Trustpilot. Negative reviews initially remain internal — you decide which ones appear on your booking page and have time to address any issues with the customer.

8. WhatsApp Integration (Superchat)

With the WhatsApp integration, your customers receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and other notifications directly via WhatsApp. For many customers, this is their preferred communication channel — increasing your reachability and reducing no-shows.
